UNFAIR

So many things in life ~ unfair.
We see them happen everywhere.
Just look around at all the pain.
It happens time and time again.
Day after day, night after night.
So many things that just aren't right.
An accident, a homicide.
Or even senseless suicides.
They claim the lives of those we love.
We look for answers from above.
There are no answers to us given.
No answers ~ none this side of Heaven.
And when at last we all get there,
I don't suppose we'll even care.
For when we see your face at last,
All of the pain will all be past.
